Issue

On certain vehicles, the headlamp assemblies may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, on Super Duty models equipped with LED reflector headlamps, the daytime running lamps (DRLs), parking lamps, low beams, and/or high beams may be dim or may not work. On Super Duty models equipped with LED projector headlamps, the daytime running lamps (DRLs) and parking lamps may be dim or may not work. For Expedition models, the low beams and/or high beams may be dim or may not work. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with LED headlamps.
