Information we collect

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, confirm project scope, provide catalogue audits and monitoring, issue invoices, deliver reports, send operational communications, improve the service, detect abuse and meet legal obligations.

Catalogue confidentiality

Customer catalogue data is used only to provide the requested service, support the engagement, resolve issues and maintain appropriate business records. SafetyPulse does not publicly display or sell customer catalogues.

Service providers

SafetyPulse may use trusted providers for hosting, databases, forms, email, file transfer, analytics, security and payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal obligations. A customer may request deletion of catalogue files or personal information, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security

SafetyPulse uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service or file transfer can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should remove unnecessary sensitive data and should never send passwords, payment-card information, employee records, health information or unrelated personal information in a catalogue file.

You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask questions about privacy, by contacting info@safetypulse.ca.
