Issue

On certain trucks, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 24S37 (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-346) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain trucks, a problem with the output shaft speed sensor could cause the transmission to downshift suddenly to first gear. If this happens, there could be a loss of control.
