The lamp shade consists of a pleated fabric. The model number is 44395 053 and can be found on the customer's receipt. Hazard identified The recalled lamps can overheat, posing a fire hazard. Sears Canada has received one reported incident with no injuries. Health Canada has not any received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these lamps. Number sold Approximately 1,040 units of the recalled table lamps were sold at Sears Canada retail stores, online at www.sears.ca, and through the Sears Canada catalogue across Canada.
