Issue

The recalled product has packaging issues, which can cause the product to leak from the package when under pressure. The leakage and resulting pressure may cause the package to burst, which could result in injury or property damage. As of September 18, 2026​, the company has received 1 report of incident and no reports of injury in Canada.

What you should do

  • Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to place of purchase for a refund.
  • For more information, consumers can contact Henkel Customer Support Team by telephone at 1-800-234-4672 (English), Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PT. For French service consumers can call 1-800-463-3081, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Also, by email at skpcanada-support@henkel.com.
  • Please note that, in addition to the requirements of the Cosmetic Regulations, the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) prohibits the sale of cosmetics that are either made with hazardous substances, or under unsanitary conditions, to users in Canada.
  • Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
