DescriptionRainforest™ Portable Play Yard Product description The product bears the model numbers 5310 RNF, 5310 RNFC or 5310 RNFW. The play yards have a RainforestTM patterned fabric, RainforestTM themed artwork and bear the "Fisher-Price" logo but were manufactured by Simplicity Inc. and SFCA Inc. Hazard identified The side rails of the RainforestTM portable play yards manufactured by Simplicity Inc. and SFCA Inc. may collapse unexpectedly, posing a fall or entrapment hazard to occupants. Fisher-Price has received 33 reports of incidents of side rail collapse in Canada with one minor injury. Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these play yards.
