Nico SeeWonder Magnetic Rattle Snake Eggs recalled due to ingestion hazard

Issue

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the magnets do not meet the magnetic force requirements of the Toys Regulations and pose an ingestion hazard. The results of swallowing small powerful magnets can be very serious and life-threatening. Swallowing incidents have often resulted in considerable damage to the gastrointestinal tissues and required emergency surgical treatment. For survivors, there can be long-term health consequences. What you should do

• Consumers should immediately take the recalled magnets away from children and return to Ami Ventures Inc. for a refund.
