Kidoozie Brand My First Activity Desk recalled due to potential jaw entrapment and protrusion hazard

Issue

The recalled product may pose a jaw entrapment and protrusion hazard when used as a crib toy. When a child’s jaw becomes entrapped in a product, there is potential for damage to teeth and gums. As of August 24, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the Unites States, the company has received no reports of incidents and no reports of injuries.

What you should do

• Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Activity Desk and contact Epoch Everlasting Play LLC for instructions on how to receive a refund or replacement.
