DescriptionFlos Skygarden Halogen Pendant Light Fixtures Product description This recall involves the Flos Skygarden halogen pendant light fixtures with models S1 and S2. The model number is printed on a label on the lamp holder. The light fixtures are made of glass, gypsum and steel. They have a gold, brown, black or white dome with a white plaster interior. The affected products are cUL certified with certification file number E50998. The following models are affected by the recall: Skygarden model S1 domes measure about 60 centimetres (24 inches) in diameter and have a serial number of F6410XXX (the last three digits vary). Skygarden model S2 domes measure about 90 centimetres (35 inches) in diameter and have a serial number of F6420XXX (the last three digits vary). Hazard identified The dome on the light fixture can detach and fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury from impact. Neither Health Canada nor Flos S.P.A. has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to these light fixtures. Number sold Approximately 220 light fixtures were sold in Canada. Time period sold The recalled light fixtures were sold between January 2008 and June 2016. Place of origin Manufactured in Italy. Companies Manufacturer Flos S.P.A.
