DUNLOP RigPro full safety boots recalled due to electric shock hazard

Issue

The recalled boots are mislabelled as being static-dissipative when they do not meet those safety certification requirements. The lack of proper electrical shock resistance may not protect users from electrical hazards, posing a risk of an electric shock injury. As of August 26, 2026, the company has received no reports of incident or injury in Canada.

What you should do

• Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to the store where it was purchased to obtain a refund.
