The compact and lightweight suspension strap is sold with a carrying bag. The model number is written on the carabiner. Hazard identified The carabiner can break in some situations, posing a fall hazard. As of March 27, 2019, the company has received no reported incidents or injuries in Canada. In Europe, 17 incidents of the product breaking have been reported, some resulting in minor injuries. Number sold Approximately 496 units of the affected products were sold in Canada. Time period sold The affected products were sold from January 1, 2016 to December 24, 2018. Place of origin Manufactured in China.
