A tag on the dog carries the following information: (Ages) 3+ SKU #418947 UPC #774223173307 Made in China Imported by "Ottawa Import & Export Ltd" Ottawa, Ontario K1G 6A9 Hazard identified The eyes of the recalled plush toy can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this toy. Number sold Approximately 11,237 of the toys were sold in Canada. Time period sold The recalled product was sold from December 2007 to May 2008 at Giant Tiger and Scott's Discount stores nationwide. Place of origin Manufactured in China.
